Cardio Muscle Conditioning Classes

This class combines cardio and strength training exercises designed to build strength!

45 minutes of fitness fun! Experience cardio mixed with resistance and strength training for a full body workout. Dare to be challenged, this class will get you sweating!

Geared toward a fun interval strength & sculpt exercise routine. This class will increase your cardio demand and sculpt your major muscles by performing a non-stop series of muscle engaging exercises that target your calves, legs, hips, abs, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, and forearms. This is the total body class.

High Intensity Interval Training. A workout that alternates between short periods of intense activity and short recovery periods. The goal of HIIT is to increase your heart rate and push your body to its limits!

This class gives you a full body workout and helps build strength and burn calories!

A class that mixes traditional calisthenics with interval and strength training. Tabata is designed in a way that pushes participants harder than they’d push themselves resembling a military boot camp. Work 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds, 8 rounds each exercise.

Muscle Conditioning Classes

This workout combines stretching to increase flexibility with toning exercises to strengthen and define muscles!

Muscle sculpting at its best! Entire class is based on conditioning muscles with dumbbells (iron) while improving the cardio training effect (air) utilizing the large muscles in the legs to elevate your heart rate and maintain the aerobic effect.

Mind & Body Classes

This class is designed to help you increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, and helps to improve balance, and quality of life!

Pilates is a class that centers your body by stabilizing the pelvis and transverse core training muscles to be both movers as well as stabilizers, thus enabling the body to enhance leverage position for both arms & legs. This technique improves posture, functional strength and flexibility.

Yoga has been around for centuries and has now taken the fitness industry by storm Yoga is designed to develop strength, stamina, and flexibility all with a mind to conscious breathing. This class is excellent for beginners as well as experienced yogis.
